My path to trying to covertly hypnotize my mind into being focused on achieving success lead me to mind movies.
Basically you watch these self made movies trice a day. By adding mental suggestions and pictures that motivate yourself you are creating suggestions to your mind.
Adding the proper music and effects places you in the proper state of mind or basically a trance. Bingo you are hypnotizing yourself with no effort. Cool huh.
